Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days and shipped within 7–10 business days. These timelines may vary because some products have limited availability and may need to be shipped from another country.

 

Certain products may require additional time depending on inventory. If we cannot complete your order, we will contact you within 48 hours of the purchase.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping charges are determined during checkout according to the delivery option selected. Standard and expedited shipping are available for domestic orders.

Delivery

All deliveries are handled by the selected carrier. After an order has been shipped, Glow By Janet is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered or collected because of an incomplete or incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Shipping Address Changes

Customers have a one-hour period after placing an order to request a change to their shipping address. If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us as soon as possible at glowbyjanet@outlook.com.
